I am older than human civilization. [She certainly friggin' hopes there's been some maturity here.]

Humans often do. The lack of perspective, while annoying, has never been your fault. [Yeah, this is her... dredging up her deepest stores of grace and generosity. The charitable part of the sentence sounds like she's reading off a cue card. But hey- trying! Sort of.

Mostly, she realizes she's in for a rough week, and is strategically trying to adjust her paradigm or at least dispense some charity to the few people in the city willing to give her aid.]
